Effective November 6, 2026.
1. Purpose
These terms govern your use of the paymail.ai app and related services (the Service) provided by Satoshi lab inc. (“we”).
2. Nature of the Service
- The Service is non-custodial wallet software. Private keys stay on your device, and we never hold, manage or transfer your assets or keys.
- We cannot execute, cancel or refund transactions on your behalf. Blockchain transactions are irreversible once broadcast.
- The Service provides no investment advice and does not buy, sell or broker digital assets.
3. Recovery phrase
You are responsible for keeping your 12-word recovery phrase safe. We cannot know it and cannot recover assets if it is lost.
4. Fees
We charge no service fees. You pay blockchain network fees, which vary with network conditions.
5. x402 payments
x402 payments send BSV directly to an external service after you confirm the amount and the recipient, or within limits you set for an agent. That service is responsible for its content, quality and refunds. We are not a party to the transaction.
6. Memo rules
- Memos are encrypted with the recipient’s public key and recorded permanently on the blockchain.
- Do not send harassment, hate or threats; scams or phishing (luring links, requests for recovery phrases); illegal content; sexual content; or other people’s personal data.
- We review reports within 24 hours and may hide memos from addresses found in violation, with zero tolerance.
7. Send by link
Anyone holding a link can claim the BSV it carries. The sender bears the risk of sharing and storing the link and can take it back in the app before it is claimed.
8. Record on BSV
Recorded photos and titles are public and cannot be deleted. Record only images you have the rights to, and do not record other people’s faces, personal data or works without permission.
9. Prohibited use
Illegal activity, money laundering, impersonation, disrupting the Service and fraud are prohibited.
10. Changes and interruptions
We may change features to improve the Service. Outages of external blockchains or lookup services may temporarily affect features. If the Service ends, you can still access your assets in compatible wallets with your recovery phrase.
11. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for losses from a lost or leaked recovery phrase, addresses entered incorrectly, blockchain network failures or price changes, except where caused by our intent or gross negligence.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes go to the court of competent jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
