Reporting memos and links
In a memo conversation, tap the menu, then Report. A report email is prepared with the selected memos and transaction IDs. You can also write to help@paymail.ai with [Report] in the subject. We review reports within 24 hours and hide memos from addresses found in violation.
Blocking
Tap the menu, then Block, to stop showing memos and notifications from that address on this device. Any funds sent still arrive in your wallet. You can unblock in Settings, under Memos and Blocked addresses.
These messages are scams
- “You won an airdrop. Tap the link to claim.”
- Any request to enter your recovery phrase, private key or password
- Someone claiming to be paymail.ai staff who asks you to send funds or allow remote access
- Memos or collectibles that arrive with tiny amounts from unknown addresses
paymail.ai will never ask for your recovery phrase or password. Links inside memos are not clickable, and memos and collectibles from unknown addresses are blurred.
Security disclosures
Found a vulnerability? Email help@paymail.ai with [Security] in the subject, including steps to reproduce and the impact. We will respond, and we ask that you hold disclosure until a fix ships.
